The service
What we back up
- Files and servers: Shared files, on-site servers and the systems that run on them
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace: Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive and more, since the cloud providers do not keep everything forever
- Business systems: Practice, accounting and line-of-business data
- Protected copies: At least one copy kept separate or immutable so it can’t be encrypted or deleted by attackers
- Test restores: Regular restores to prove your backups work, with results reported to you
